«Η Κεντρική Διοίκηση των ΗΠΑ (CENTCOM) εξάλειψε τις εισερχόμενες απειλές και στοχοποίησε ιρανικές στρατιωτικές εγκαταστάσεις που ήταν υπεύθυνες για τις επιθέσεις σε αμερικανικές δυνάμεις, συμπεριλαμβανομένων θέσεων εκτόξευσης πυραύλων και μη επανδρωμένων αεροσκαφών, θέσεων διοίκησης και ελέγχου και κόμβων πληροφοριών, επιτήρησης και αναγνώρισης», ανέφερε ο στρατός σε ανακοίνωσή του.
