«Οι ιρανοί ηγέτες τηλεφώνησαν» προχθές Σάββατο, είπε ο Ντόναλντ Τραμπ σε δημοσιογράφους που τον συνόδευαν στο προεδρικό αεροσκάφος, προσθέτοντας ότι «βρίσκεται σε προετοιμασία συνάντηση (...) Θέλουν να διαπραγματευτούν».

Ωστόσο ο ρεπουμπλικάνος διεμήνυσε πως «ίσως χρειαστεί να αναλάβουμε δράση πριν» από τυχόν συνάντηση.
