The new commander of Turkey’s Aegean Army signals potential trouble for Greece, NATO allies

Η Άγκυρα καραδοκεί με Τουρκολυβικό μνημόνιο, με έρευνες στο Αιγαίο, με Mavi Vatan να φανατίζει από το Δημοτικό τα Τουρκάκια και να εκδίδει NOTAM, στο Αιγαίο όπως αποκαλύπτουν τα κυβερνητικά ΝΕΑ, ενώ Π/Θ και κυβέρνηση ατενίζουν από τα Χανιά!!..

One of Turkey’s secret war plans against Greece, code-named “Barbaros” after the Ottoman admiral Hayreddin Barbarossa, envisions a central role for the Aegean Army. This plan outlines the army’s command and control over special forces and air and naval assets to launch attacks on Greek islands in the Aegean Sea and on mainland Greek territory.

In December 2023, joint amphibious drills were conducted in the Aegean Sea with units from the Aegean Army and the Amphibious Task Group Command.
