Group of armed Albanians warns Tirana and Pristina not to bargain with lands - Threats against Archbishop Anastasios

A group of Albanian armed group, calling themselves the Albanian National Army (AKSH), posted a video on the internet warning Albanian and Kosovo politicians not to trade with national interests.

In the video that posted on Twitter the Dutch journalist Vincent Trieste, who works in Tirana, six armed men who wear black uniforms and hoods with the emblem of the organization stand upright with an Albanian flag. One of them reads some demands in the form of an ultimatum - as he says - to politicians of Kosovo and Albania: "We are calling for politicians to stop selling or trading the land for their personal interests. We must push Greece politically and economically to lift the 'war status' with Albania. We must also immediately expel the head of the Albanian Orthodox Church (Archbishop Anastasios). We must immediately stop the talks on the exchange of the territories of Northern Mitrovica and the Presevo valley", the armed man says in the message.

This group had previously appeared with various videos of similar content. The new element is that the one who reads the message, this time, speaks with accent from southern Albania and not with a Kosovo accent, as it was in previous videos of the organization.

The authorities of Albania and Kosovo believe that AKSH does not have a serious organizational structure, is not armed, nor does its messages have an impact on the people. That is why it is not considered a threat to stability and peace in the Balkans./IBNA
