 Russian minister of Defense says Russia’s military transformation has been completed; 70.1% of all equipment is new & for russian strategic nuclear forces the modernization level has reached 86 percent.

Adding: “New type of armed forces has been created, this includes-Russian Air and Space Forces, self-sufficient groups of troops in strategic directions, the Joint Strategic Command of the Northern Fleet, the Special Operations Forces, military police, unmanned military units and unmanned aviation units have also been formed.”
